Many thanks to the folks below who volunteered to help staff the Air Fair this
coming Saturday. We built the list of volunteers on a first-in basis and ran out of
roles to fill before running out of folks willing to work. Here is the final, updated list

As a reminder, there will be two identical Volunteer Orientation Sessions; the first
on Wednesday the 3rd, the second on Friday the 5th. The session also includes
handing out the final Cast Assignments and Rules & Procedures documents, food
tickets, 2019 Theme Shirt, wrist band, etc. Both sessions will start at 10:00 AM and
be held in the Terminal Building Board Room.
