Dear Association Membership,
This letter is to inform you of a severe and unforeseen plumbing issue affecting the Fuse LODGE.
FuseLODGE Repair Options:
I think we have two primary paths forward in addressing this significant plumbing issue. We are indeed faced with the choice of either leveraging the skills within our membership or hiring a professional contractor.
The first option, soliciting members with the necessary plumbing and drywall expertise, could potentially save the Association a considerable amount of money. If we have members who have plumbing repair skills and/or are experienced in drywall repair and are willing to volunteer their time and skills, this could be a viable solution.
The second option, hiring the project out, would undoubtedly come with a significant cost. However, it would ensure the work is done professionally and potentially more quickly, minimizing the disruption to our meeting facilities.
To make the most informed decision, we need to assess the feasibility of the first option. Therefore, we would like to reach out to our membership and ask if there are any individuals who possess the required plumbing and drywall skills and would be willing to contribute their expertise to resolve this issue.
Please reply below if you are willing and able to assist. Once we have a better understanding of the skills available within our membership, we can weigh this against the estimated cost of hiring a professional and determine the most effective and fiscally responsible course of action.
Thank you for your input and your continued support.
Sincerely,
Donald Shade
